Selling Our House

My my my. The life changes that we have endured in the last 6 months. Mostly what we have discovered is this: our house is too big for us, we want to change our lifestyle to have LB stay home with Lyla, and I need the schedule flexibility to be able to travel for work. Since the house is on the market and there are now pretty pictures of it, I thought I would share them. Sort of a final "after" of this house that I thought we would be in for the long haul.

If you want to buy a house in Denver that has the world's best neighbors, is on a cul-de-sac, has mountain views, a community pool and TONS of parks, and has brought us so much joy, let me know. :)

What this means for us: once we can sell this house, we are looking to downsize and buy a fixer... this will hopefully mean more house content from yours truly. In a house that was as "done" as this one, my creative bones were getting rusty. So buy our house/stay tuned!

Lyla's Seven Month Pictures

We just got Lyla's pictures from her 7 month photo shoot with our dear Angie (it was supposed to be her six month pictures, but with moving crazy and timing, it became her 7 month birthday before we knew it). We just love that she captured our happy girl's spirit so well. I don't typically share a lot of pictures of Lyla on here, but these are just such a great snapshot of where our family is at these days, that I decided to share some of my favorites.

*Please credit the source if you share them. :)

As of today (at almost 8 months) Lyla is essentially crawling, gabbing up a storm, and eating baby food like it's going out of style. She is such a happy and content little peanut and we are so enjoying watching her grow up every day. She's amazing.

If you are in the greater Denver metro area and in need of family photos, get ahold of Angie ASAP. Mean it.
