Which Bathroom are you Renovating?

Unfortunately, both. At the same time. We are officially without a shower for about 3 days. Here's the skinny... You all know that the upstairs bathroom has been in my crosshairs since we moved in. We planned about a month ago to finally get it gutted and redone with our tax return monies. That project started yesterday with the first part of demo:

This would be all fine and great, except for the fact that last week when I decided that I was going to clean out the caulk around the bottom of the shower downstairs...

It turns out that the entire shower well down there was on drywall... and had gotten moldy behind a corner of the tile. LB got down there and ripped it all out, treated the mold, and it currently has cement board back up in there. We are waiting for the tiling down there to get done too. So that is how we ended up redoing both bathrooms at the same time. I take full blame, but am glad that we are getting this all cleared out and done before I go back to work in two weeks. (<--- shocking).
