I will ALWAYS attempt to be crafty even if I fail at it sometimes-- this extends to interior design.

I just got my first "real" camera and am excited to learn about photography

I am also getting a sewing machine so I can ... uhhh sew?

I live and work in Denver-- the best city for foodie, outdoorsy, but ladylike, liberal folks like me

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my friends. Like Woah. I am just so freaking proud of all of them.

I started this blog to chronicle the transitions in my life and I am glad to have you all along for the journey.

1) Chocolate or vanilla? Vanilla cake, but chocolate donuts... voodoo vegan donuts if you really want to know... okay, just get me a Vegan Old Dirty Bastard immediately.

2) Do you prefer showers or baths? I love baths, but because I have to be functioning human, showers. (And those of you who know me know I don't really even like to shower)

3) If you could only wear one foundation for the rest of your life, what one would it be? Bare Minerals

4) Can you put mascara on without making a funny face? Yup-- cause I am a magician.

5) Favourite drugstore makeup brand? Say Yes!

6) Favourite high end makeup brand? Well... a tie-- Tarte and Laura Mercier

7) Do you wear fake lashes? Only when someone else puts them on for me-- so basically I've worn them twice.

8) Quick, you only have 5 minutes to get ready! What’s your go-to face when you’re in a rush? The same thing I do every morning-- sunscreen on face, bare minerals on face, tarte bronzer on face, quick swipe of mascara. That's it. Every. Day.

9) Biggest beauty secret? Don't use sodium laureth sulfate ANYWHERE on your bod!

10) How long do you leave your conditioner in for? Check it.

11) Quick fix zit remedy? No such thing-- I get peels at least once a month.
