Our Favorite Staging Projects of Summer 2025 (So Far)
What do a Lakewood ranch home, a Lakewood trilevel, and a 1906 classic Denver home have in common? We staged them—and fell in love with all three.
Summer 2025 was busy at Sterling Staging (aka the engine behind House of Bennetts), but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s a peek at some of our favorite projects in this crazy land of Colorado home staging, plus what made each one shine:
🖤 The Lakewood Ranch Stunner
This Lakewood remodel blends clean architecture with inviting warmth. We kept the bones open and modern, then layered in soft neutrals, sculptural accents, and warm woods for balance.
Design Note: A fluted sofa hugs the fireplace, paired with a round wood coffee table—an instant focal point. Throughout, tactile textiles and natural finishes create a home that feels fresh, stylish, and lived-in.
OH— and we loved this one so much it is the current anchor image on our House of Bennetts home page. Listed here!
🏡 The Lakewood Tri-Level
This one was all charm: This Lakewood charmer invites you in with classic 1950s architecture and thoughtful staging that feels both authentic and elevated. We spotlighted the home’s distinct bones—brick facade, inviting fireplace, and hardwood floors—then layered in soft neutrals, sculptural shapes, and warm textures for balance.
Design Note: We styled the breakfast nook with a small bistro table and leather chairs to show off usable space (and hint at romantic mornings with coffee + croissants). Our crew of home staging professionals in Denver would love more slow coffee mornings at this beauty. Listed here!
☀️ The Classic Denver Home
This 1906 Denver charmer blends historic character with freshly curated calm. Anchored by original hardwood floors, towering ceilings, and a brick fireplace, we staged for simplicity with soft neutrals, textured layers, and sculptural accents that honor the bones.
Design Note: We dressed the dining area by pairing tactile linens with minimalist place settings to balance heritage and intention. Bedrooms stay serene with linen bedding, geometric bedside lamps, and light-tone rugs that keep focus on the architecture.
Every space here whispers comfort through restraint—crafted to feel both timeless and inviting, without losing its soulful edge. Listed here!
💡 Takeaways
Every home has a story. Staging helps tell it in a way that feels lived-in, effortless, and magnetic to the right buyer. This summer, we focused on connection over perfection—and it showed.
