Honeymoon

Welcome to Cabo! We got back from our honeymoon last week and I am mostly going to let the pictures do the talking. I will say, however, that it was magically fun and relaxing. A week was perfect at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, we rented a car from Dominic (you should too), we explored north of Cabo up to Todos Santos and found Las Palmas Beach (a secret beach literally off of mile marker 57), and we ate and drank our faces off. We had never done the all-inclusive thing and it worked out awesomely for us. We would definitely stay at Pacifica again because the food was great and we loved being able to go to the other resorts. The resort at the top of canyon (Sunset) where ours sat was also a sister property, but was HUGE.  As soon as you got off the shuttle taking you there, there were golf carts waiting to take you to one of the 7 pools (including the sky pool) a restaurant or down to Sunset's beach. Sunset allows children and it is where you will go to hear a time-share pitch and get a $250 hotel credit (we used ours on massages and food).  The spa at our resort (Pacifica) WAS INCREDIBLE. I got the best massage of life there. I will warn you that this was a beach vacation and so you might see humans without all of their clothing. If such a thing offends you, I apologize and you should just skip all of the pretty pictures from LB's camera below.

These are all from the Secret Beach. We both agreed we need to go back and pack a lunch and do a whole day there next time. DSC00421DSC00423

The drive from said secret beach to get this: the best margarita I have ever had.

***TODAY is the last day to enter the Miss Money Bags Giveaway! You have until 5 pm MST! All you have to do is comment on the post! ENTER PEOPLE. ENTER! I took a trip to DC for work last week and came back totally exhausted. End post. Legit. So tired. Traveling with a sling is crappy, but I still managed to take some pictures for you all. Aren't I just the nicest?!?

Here are the few snaps of my trip that I was able to capture. First up, my room at the Crown Plaza Hamilton was nice... small but nice. It also had this cool mirror etching by the bed that displayed some of the "circles" in DC. There are a bunch and I can never keep them straight. I am such an informative tourist. The biggest victory of this trip was actually my outfits. Sam came over before I left and helped me pick out my work gear for the week. I tell you what, having your bestie help you pick out clothes makes packing SO much easier. Congrats Sam. You're hired. IMG_5982

Now let me just talk about this last picture. We went to Rose's Luxury: Bon Appetite's number 1 new restaurant in America. We ate the whole menu and it was amazing. Our bill? $40 each. Bam. It was so good and the chef even took a menu and crossed out or modified all of the things that I could/n't eat. It was the best meal of life. So, eat there. Please. Just do it. Wait for a table and do it. IMG_6010
